Outside cameras, including smartphones, tablets, or otherwise, as well as any other recording devices,
are not permitted to be used for recording or photographing your session. Please share this policy with
any guest that will be joining you in the studio. Thank you in advance for understanding that this is not a

negotiable policy.

DRESS CODE:
Because this experience is such a special event we encourage our clients to treat it as such. Our Dress Code requires that all clients come dressed in the specifications of the Dress Code listed on the website. Clients in an inappropriate wardrobe will NOT be photographed and required to reschedule. If you have questions about your attire, please contact the studio.
 

SITTING FEE:
For all non-promotional and gift certificate holders, we require a non-refundable $600 Sitting Fee, this fee is applied to any purchase made during your session.
 

LATE POLICY:
We run a tight schedule and ask that you plan to arrive at your session 15 minutes prior to your start time. If you need to get dressed at our studio, we request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your session start time. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your session will be rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited.
 

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE POLICY:
We require a 14 days' notice if you need to reschedule your session. Rescheduling an appointment with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a $125 rescheduling fee.  Reservation fees on appointments rescheduled with more than 14 days’ notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment as normal.   The reservation fee is not refundable for permanently canceled appointments with less than 14 days’ notice. Gift Certificates and Promotional items entitle the holder to a SINGLE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once made, an appointment cannot be rescheduled, and the Gift Certificate or Promotional Certificate is deemed to have been used in full at that original appointment time and date.
*NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, management may, at their sole discretion, reschedule an appointment and carry forward the Gift Certificate and holding fee/deposit.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
NO-SHOW appointments will result in the forfeiture of the holding/deposit fee. The Gift Certificate, promotional item, or prize is then considered redeemed in full.

REFUNDS:
All orders are final, and we do not provide refunds or replacements if you change your mind. Imajine Studios stands behind its work and our terms and conditions are explicitly outlined during your design session and on your signed agreement. If you are not fully satisfied with your portrait, please refer to our policy on your signed agreement. Depending on the type of session, replacement portraits, and additional studio credit may be awarded (as deemed necessary by the staff and client).

FOR ALL GIVEAWAYS AND GIFT CERTIFICATE HOLDERS:

• A $300 deposit secures your portrait session for the date/time agreed upon. Your deposit is
  refunded at the completion of your Design session.

• Both parents (if applicable) must attend the photography session and design appointment for any
  offers or gift vouchers to be valid.

• Session must be booked prior to the expiration date written on the gift certificate and undertaken within 3
  months.

• Only one gift certificate per family may be used within a 24-month period.

• All sessions must be photographed, designed, and completed at and by Imajine Studios located at: 8564 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232. Any portraits needing to be recreated or “reshot” whether partial or in full will also be remade at the aforementioned studio and address.

• Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.

• Offers are non-transferable.

• Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.

• We require a 14 days' notice to make any changes to your session. Failure to do so may result in the loss of any special offers or promotions.

• Any gifts or special promotions are only redeemable at your portrait session.

PARTIAL FAMILIES:
We do not photograph ‘incomplete families,’ where one family member is not able to attend the portrait session but wants to attend at another time. We are more than happy to reschedule a new appointment for you when you are all together. Imajine Studios reserves the right to refuse service if the entire family does not attend the photo session and design session. Imajine Studios requires both parents (when applicable) to attend the session.

EXTENDED FAMILY POLICY:
Extended families are deemed to be groups larger than 8. Different prices apply so please contact the studio for a current quote. Extended family bookings are taken at the discretion of the studio and require an additional sitting fee to make a booking.

INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN/PET PORTRAITS:
Children and Pets can be photographed separately from their parents AFTER the entire family has been photographed together. Children and Pets photograph more naturally and relaxed after they’ve warmed up to the process with their parents first. Please make sure the entire family is prepared and dressed for the session.

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS:
Entry is open only to persons 18 years and over, who are residents of California and have not received a giveaway or promotional item, with Imajine Studios in the last 24 months.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Must be redeemed by the holder prior to the expiration date, provided the holder has not redeemed a Competition Prize or Gift Certificate with Imajine Studios in the last 24 months (date calculated from the previous sitting date) Gift Certificates are for studio portraiture and cannot be used for other types of photography.  One certificate per household. Certificates cannot be combined.

ARTISTIC CONTROL:
Imajine Studios reserves artistic control over the design and content of each session. We may, at our discretion, decline to create certain types or styles of photography. We reserve the right to refuse to produce images at some sizes or combinations of sizes if we believe such images would or could be detrimental to our reputation as a professional studio or as professional photographers.

COPYRIGHT:
Unrestricted Copyright to all images created during the photo shoot that forms part of the Gift Certificate or Prize certificate is deemed to belong solely to Imajine Studios.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Imajine Studios reserves the right to refuse service if in our opinion the provision of service is likely to cause or has caused disruption to either staff members or the business operation.
